(B) 活動宗旨
鄰居不只帶有地理位置上的相近，更帶有敦親睦鄰、關懷與支持之意。平行的、相近的存在，每種鄰近性都有各自產生互動的方式與程度。可以是親密的家常對話、可以是習慣的磨合、也可以是相互認可的君子之交。然而，在我們工作的領域中，這些「鄰居」往往是隱形的。我們一起為相似的社群耕耘著，卻可能不曾相識。這次活動提供了一個機會：讓大家認識到同在一個社群的「鄰居」，透過合作、共同創作與討論，發展屬於自己與鄰居之間的語言，探索未來協作的可能。

《New Neighbors》是一場關於「協作如何發生」的實驗性聚會，由 SpOnAcT! 發起，《新鄰居》邀請藝術家、設計師、人文工作者、研究者、教育者與開源社群共同聚集，透過分享、工作坊、出版、遊戲、閱讀與共創等形式，重新思考「個體與集體」之間的關係。

以「鄰近性（proximity）」作為核心概念：我們相信，人與人之間的並列、相遇與協作，不一定建立在完全相同的背景與立場上，而是在差異之中逐漸形成新的關係、新的理解與新的支持系統。

《New Neighbors》關注的是：合作如何開始？關係如何被維持？情緒勞動與照顧如何被看見？創作者如何在集體中保有個體性？除了市場與競爭之外，是否存在另一種資源流動與工作方式？

以「開源精神（Open Source）」為行動原則：不只開放技術，也開放方法、架構、知識、生產過程與社群關係，我們希望透過本活動建立一種新的集體文化聚集模式：讓不同背景的創作者、教育者與工作者，在共享與並列之中形成新的「鄰近關係」。
活動主題將以合作科技、團結經濟、關懷網絡為核心，並且透過創作工作坊、集體身體遊戲、組織知識討論會、Live Coding等活動形式一同探索以下主題：協作與集體工作、開源文化與共享知識、團結經濟與合作社營運、教育與共學、公共資源與地方連結等。
