All in all, very clean. I but the signatures at the bottom of the protocol template are commented out unexpectedly. Was that intentional?

I am not sure of the exact proceedings we have around them (the first protocol doesn't have them, for example). |

In the Chapter the standard is to sign all protocols, so I will be doing it for every protocol going forwards. The first protocol not being signed was a small mistake. |
