Minor/security upgrades across the board; pytest was updated and required a few small changes to support.
Previously, tags weren't avialalbe on the upstream repo but we have worked with them to get them added. This points to the same sha right now.
This bump primarily aids in dealing with some issues related to wit pathing (not directly impacting us).

This should let us close out the dependabot PRs and make it a bit easier to manage componentize-py moving forward now that there are tags upstream. Pytest and componentize-py were updated and a few small changes to the tree were required for those updates.
