…ns to hash HeOCR/public-domain-hand-written-hebrew-scans was renamed to HeOCR/hash (HASH — Hebrew Archive of Scanned Handwriting). Update all references across docs, schemas, scripts, workflows, and metadata files. Also expand the full name in README.md for first-time readers.
