[bug] periodically getting stuck on auto fetching

• Ignore CR at end-of-line in text diff
• Enable HTTP SSL Verify
• Stash & ...
• Fetch remotes automatically 10 minutes

Sometimes a repository gets stuck in Auto fetching changes from remotes and the only solution Is to close the tab and reopen it

I have no idea how to fix this issue. When auto-fetching, SourceGit just runs git fetch command and waits for it finish. It seems like that the git fetch sub-process will not exit for some reason.
