Add new work item does not let me create tasks and user stories

Describe the bug
When trying to create work items based on retrospective items, I do not see the regular work item types like task, user story, bug, feature, or epic. Only custom work item types appear

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create retrospective
2. add feedback item
3. go to Act mode
4. Click Add work item
5. Task, User story, bug, epic, feature do not appear

Expected behavior
Ability to select task or user story

Pull request #1701 should resolve this issue which happens when users have many custom work item types.

As a short term workaround, you should be able to create a work item using any work item type and then change the work item type to a user story or task. Not very graceful, but hopefully gets you past any near term block.
