Functions like CxPlatDpRawParseEthernet, CxPlatDpRawParseIPv4, CxPlatDpRawParseIPv6, CxPlatDpRawParseUdp or CxPlatDpRawParseTcp need improved unit-test coverage and in-process fuzzing (lib-fuzzer)
