Dock: Bookmarks disappear from dock when CmdPal starts

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a bookmark
2. Pin the bookmark to the dock
3. Kill CmdPal
4. Start CmdPal

✔️ Expected Behavior

The bookmarks stay on the dock like the other pinned items

❌ Actual Behavior

The bookmarks disappear (But the main cmdpal UI thinks that the bookmark is still pinned to the dock)
