Update the svg-names addon code to also UMD

We've update the main jquery.color to be UMD and stuff with the #87 PR, but we still need to figure out how the svg-names and the "concatenated" version get released.

Sorry for the delay, @gnarf.
I think one of viable solutions: it would be svg-names support UMD and use jquer-color as dependency. So, before the "jQuery.extend" would check the current context.

You have any idea?
I'm willing to do the PR to solve this issue :))
