Mobile views sometimes overflow without a horizontal scroller

On mobile the release notes can be hidden X-overflow, mostly with long inline code elements
On mobile on the PR lookup details page the details have hidden X-overflow and no horizontal scroll to read them

I’ve fixed the mobile overflow issue by adding (min-w-fit), (overflow-x-auto) and (break-words) to the affected elements. Now, long code doesn’t get cut off.
