Docker image for 6.28.0 is still missing

The Docker image for 6.28.0 is still missing!?

BTW, I've created issues related to the docker images in #4783 (base image) and #4829 (docs)

I think this is related to PR #4853: “Upgrade Node.js version to 20 in Dockerfile”.

The current v6.28.0 Dockerfile still installs Node.js 16, but building the web image fails during npm install because one frontend dependency requires Node.js ^18.18.0 || ^20.9.0 || >=21.1.0.

Reproducer:

docker build --no-cache \
  --build-arg CC_VERSION=v6.28.0 \
  -t codechecker-web:6.28.0 \
  web/docker

If I check out the latest master and build it with:

docker build --no-cache -t codechecker-web:latest web/docker

the build succeeds.

Shouldn't a docker image build be part of the github workflow?

At first glance https://github.com/Ericsson/codechecker/blob/master/.github/workflows/docker.yml seems to wait for release builds....

I was also looking for the Docker image and investigated why there doesn’t seem to be one available for 6.28.0, so I built the latest image myself.
